Finally, there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge,

will give me on that day. (2 Timothy 4:8)

Prayer Requests

Be worried about nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. (Philippians 4:6)

If there is a need in your life, or you would like to have someone agree with you in prayer on a particular issue or situation you are facing, we are waiting. Just click on this link to send us an email, and let us know how we can pray for you.

The Bible teaches us that prayer is the way we communicate with God. There are no special words you have to say, or a certain position you need to assume. It is simply a conversation between you and your Heavenly Father. In the gospel of Luke, in the Bible, chapter 11, verses 1-4, Jesus taught his disciples some basic principles of prayer that would help them when they prayed, and I believe they will help you as well. You can remember them by remembering the acronym A. C. T. S.

A  -  Acknowledge God as Lord and Savior

C  -  Confess your sins to him and ask for forgiveness

T  -  Thank him for the many blessings in your life

S  -  Supplication or make your request to him, believing that he hears you

There is much about prayer I can talk about, but what I have given you so far will get you started, and aid you in your prayer time with God. If you would like to know more about prayer, I encourage you to email me with questions to wgreen@eyeonthecrown.org
